Hello all...
My name is Rafael. I am the Manager/Head Tech for a Mercedes Only Repair Shop in California (US).
The main reason I became a Member... I hate not be able to have the Information as a Dealer Tech does. I do not like to send cars back to the dealer to Program or SCN Code. I have been in this business for over 20 years and I love Mercedes Benz Automobiles.
