Hello,
trying to install EWA net 05/2010 but i have a problem!

When installation is over and everything seems to be ok, i log in EWA net and cant find my MAC address, i always get the "Unknow LAN ID" message!

Tried reinstalling EWA net, ethernet drivers, UAC and administrative privileges when running the installation BUT its always like that ... "Unknown LAN ID"

Installation on VAIO TZ with windows 7 32bit


Do you have any idea on my problem? Some advice?

I think EWAnet works only under Win XP .. Win 7 I tried, but Vista does not work ..

many times i've read in here about successful installations under win7!
I dont think that this is the issue, i just have to find a way so that the server can get my ethernets MAC address!

Maybe an older java version?
Maybe something else?

Anybody who had to face this issue and made it?

Interesting to know what you think but it would be useful to know where your thoughts are based on.

I've had EWA NET installed on a Vista machine, I have not tried on Windows 7 yet, should do that. How do you explain this or the official requirements:

You might also mention the release you are referring to.
