Remote Installation and Assistance Print

We are now able to offer a Remote Assistance Service over the Internet that will allow us to assist you directly with your problems, or even carry out your DAS, Wis and Xentry installations for you, saving you hours and hours of possible frustration.
Setting up a remote connection is very easy to do, you will need the following:
  • Your laptop connected to the Internet
  • A program called "Teamviewer" installed on your laptop, this is free to download from here: http://www.teamviewer.com

Once you have installed "Teamviewer" we can very quickly connect to your computer if you send us your I.D and password as shown above.

Remote DAS/Wis and Xentry installation
We now offer a unique service where we can install your DAS, Wis and Xentry for you, the cost of this is just £150 UK Pounds.
There are no further costs for installation guides or activation keys.
All you will need are the following:
  • Laptop or PC connected to the Internet with fresh Windows XP
  • Teamviewer installed as shown above
  • DAS and Wis discs

General Remote Assistance


Sometimes you may require assistance with other tasks e.g. Communication faults, single Xentry installations etc.
It is often much quicker for us to connect to your computer and carry out the required procedures. We charge £50 UK Pounds per half an hour of Remote Assistance.
Please use the "Contact us" page to request your assistance, you will then be quoted the amount of time required.
You will need to install "Teamviewer" as explained above.
you can then return to the button below to order the amount of time you require. Time is sold in blocks of 30 minutes. e.g. if you require 1 hours assistance you must buy 2 blocks of 30 minutes. (total = £100 Pounds)
